For those that don’t know me, I am just an average guy. I apologize for not being able to get back in touch with everyone as fast as I would like. The past couple of weeks have been a personal challenge for me to keep moving forward. Like most of you, I go to work, and experience everyday problems such as cars breaking down, relationships, etc and I have been a bit overwhelmed.
A combination of the elections, pending laws and the “fake political tea party” have caused me to fight to keep my head above water. The good news is that I have been blessed to receive some help from some new volunteers. This is one of the critical times that I feel we must keep pushing forward.
I believe what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. Standing up for what is right is sometimes a challenge when it appears no one is watching or cares. It is even more difficult when you are getting hit from all sides and when people whom you thought were your friends are not there. I learned at these times that real men bend a knee, say a prayer, pause, stand up and punch the bully in the nose….. sending him running home.
It is times like this makes me remember one of my favorite songs by Aaron Tippin “You’ve Gotta Stand For Something.”
In Florida, a lawsuit has been filed against the “Florida Tea Party Political Party” after its leadership threatened several tea party groups in Florida claiming they had exclusive rights to the name “Tea Party.” The case is currently scheduled for court in December. It is rumored that the ultra liberal Congressman Grayson is behind the “Political Party.” Many of the candidates don’t even live in the district they are running in and some live over 4 hours from the district.
In Michigan, a liberal consulting firm is collecting signatures to put the “political tea party” on the ballot. They are not connected to the tea party movement and no one should sign their petitions.
In Nevada, a “fake tea party” candidate was put on the ballot to help Harry Reid get elected. The “candidate” is currently faces charges for writing bad checks and looking at 14yrs in jail.
We have set up a website called “FakeTeaParty.com.” to post information on them.
Call These Candidates And Tell Them To “Drop Out” & Stop Supporting the Fake Political Tea Party Party! – There are not any real “political tea parties”

Communications Director of the Florida Tea Party political party, the following candidates have also abandoned it:
Jorge Antonio Lovenguth withdrew from the race for US Senator.
Stephen Taylor withdrew from the race for Florida State
Representative for the 11th District
Ryan Swyers withdrew from the race for Florida State
Representative for the 91st District
John Ferentinos failed to qualify for the race for Florida State
Senator for the 26th District
Marshall Louis DeRosa failed to qualify for the race for Florida
State Senator for the 30th District
The Florida Tea Party political party received letters from the
State Elections Office that they have until today (7/5/2010) close of business to supply alternate candidates (and filing money) in order to fill the positions abandoned by Stephen Taylor and Ryan Swyers.
There are other irregularities with their candidates as well.
Jon Foley (their candidate for State Representative, 41st
District) lists Fred O’Neal’s address as his address as well.
I read that two of their candidates are using the exact same bank account for their campaign finances. That would sure make an audit tough… LOL!
And of course as the article at the link I provided shows, James
Ferentinos and Marshall Louis DeRosa failed to qualify because they (or their attorney, likely Fred O’Neal) didn’t think the state was serious when the forms indicated the required fields and they thought they could just skip by those fields.
Orange County Mayor (Commissioner) debate. An email was sent to a group email list as follows. Many members of the email list asked that the debate not take place via personal “reply to all”, therefore the debate is moved to this location:

A big decision is now pending for the leadership of Orange County and I hope you’ll take a moment to consider what I have learned in 2010 and in light of current events.
Our federal government is preparing to approve $26 Billion of NEW spending (and debt) on top of last year’s Stimulus for the sole reason of bailing out local governments and fund government jobs. Much of Stimulus also went to State and Local governments to save jobs. So, is there any doubt the current model is unsustainable? Shouldn’t government begin tightening its belt? Remember, government does not create wealth, they can only transfer it from you and me then spend it.
I believe Orange County Mayor Candidate, Matt Falconer, is genuine to his values and his timely ideals target the really important issues our community is facing, like budgets.
My assessment is based on spending 7-8 months around him in a variety of settings. During that time I’ve never heard a sarcastic comment about anyone or anything.
His ideas for local government were gathered from around America and his own participation in a group studying Orange County government. In these times almost every day carries news of another community’s reaction to over spending and the implementation of drastic measures because decisions were delayed.
The other candidates for Orange County Mayor and county staff have too much experience spending somebody else’s money, “The Forgotten Man” described by Yale University professor William Graham Sumner (“He works, he votes, he generally prays—but he always pays…”). These leaders and staff have been trained to think a certain way about government operations and delay the decision to tighten government’s belt. It appears a paradigm shift is needed to change government’s mindset for meeting community needs.
Matt has worked hard to prepare himself to do just that.
Please give serious thought to a vote for Matt Falconer. He is committed to doing what he says because the values he cares about carry him there.

I disagree and cited examples were Matt Falconer has lied. The word of a man (or woman) should be gold; and Matt has stooped to lying and name calling of people and doing things on his own thinking people will all agree with his thinking. He is also a long time Doug Guetzloe associate until it became inconvenient for him to be associated with him. Even now, every little argument he has made against Sarah Rumph is identical to the arguments Doug Guetzloe has made against her (couple with a lot of lies). He gossips too with others. I know he won’t be elected and it is a shame that so many people are believing he is unique. Lets not make a huge mistake by electing ALL the wrong people in office over the Tea Party Movement’s sentiments surrounding incumbents; we may end up with a bigger mess than we started with (here locally). The real problem in FLORIDA is Alan Grayson and as far as all the other elections taking place; electing Matt Falconer into office as the “Mayor” or Orange County (which wasn’t a Mayor position until Richard Crotty decided to rename it), county commissioner.. He is making promises he can’t keep too; he isn’t and can’t dictate to the county commissioners what to vote on; he is just ONE vote.. to me that position should be eliminated.
I have seen repeated lies he has told; blatant outright LIES.
