There are two listings:

Heinzelman Sr., James “Heinie” who ran for office as a Republican in 2009.

Heinzelman, James “Heinie” is shown as a (TEA) candidate for the 2010 election.

If you see TEA on the ballot, know that the Tea Party Movement does not support a 3rd party. I plan to NOT consider (TEA) candidates listed on the ballot based on empirical data that shows that 3rd party candidates are “spoiler” candidates, in this case, TEA candidates threaten to take votes from the conservative Republican candidates. Fred O’Neal, Chairman of the TEA Party promised on Bud Hedinger Live that he would not run candidates against conservative candidates. Most believe he is a Democratic front group.

Many of the candidates listed below have never run for public office; some are just out of high school, related or hundreds of miles outside of the districts they are running for. Many believe they were paid to run, but cannot be proved to be the case. Given the history of the “party officials” of this party, many believe that is likely the case.

As GOP civil war rages, Democrats look to benefit; so reads yesterday’s Associated Press headline. And, based on California’s and Florida’s Gubernatorial races, it appears so. The GOP’s civil war has nothing to do, however, with infighting amongst mainstream, rank and file Republicans and legitimate, original intent, non-political Tea Party activists. It is, instead, a conflict pitting the self-described “anti-establishment,” “anarchists,” co-opted political Tea Parties, Libertarians, Ron Paul Republicans, and their constituency of conspiracy theorists, written about here, here, and here, against the GOP so-called, “establishment,” “career politicians,” incumbents and Republican voters who recognize the fundamental necessity of electing candidates who can actually win in the general election. While California’s Gubernatorial race has it’s own Tea Party problems, there is no better illustration of this war’s dynamics and the often undermining efforts by those claiming Republican cred, than in the south.

With the last minute, suspect endorsement support of a political Florida Tea Party group, and aided by his GOP preferred, “establishment” rival’s lackluster, overwhelmed campaign and an arsenal discrepancy that made his march to the sea a walk in the park, Florida voters handed Democrats the GOP Gubernatorial candidate they most want to face off with in the general election; Rick Scott. Some say it’s intentional and possibly the work of Democrat operatives.

The political Florida Tea Party(TPOF) group that endorsed Scott, advocates a third party on its website, and was started by a team of activists, one of which, Chairman Frederic O’Neal, an Orlando attorney, is a former Democrat. O’Neal and his partner, former Republican operative and radio talk show host, Doug Guetzloe, registered the Tea Party of Florida (TPOF) as an official state party, in an attempt it is said, to “sabotage the real tea movement and wreak havoc on the GOP.” O’Neal and Guetzloe reject the charges.

This political Tea Party (TPOF) is referred to as a “fake” by the other, non-political, grass-roots group known as Florida Tea Party, LLC, which alleges TPOF has hijacked the Tea Party name in order to run their own candidates, many of whom are also former Democrats and live outside the area, and to confuse people and split the conservative vote. Republican Party of Florida Executive Director Ronnie Whitaker reacted to the alleged underhanded efforts, saying, “Rather than running credible candidates who support the non-partisan Tea Party grassroots movement, these spoiler candidates are mostly former Democrats running in seats hundreds of miles away from their actual homes.” Guetzloe is often singled out in media coverage as suspect, having been forced out of the Florida GOP. “Doug Guetzloe has been kicked out of the Republican Party … Who doesn’t believe the allegation that he’s being paid by the Democrats to call this trick play?” asks Mike Caputo, a South Florida-based Republican consultant.

TPOF is also alleged to have ties to Democrat, Alan Grayson, and, is the same third party advocating, political Florida Tea Party that endorsed Republican nominee, Rick Scott, on August 23rd, just one day before the Florida primary; if only for a moment. Confused? That’s the point, some say.

This is how it played out: Scott’s campaign posted TPOF’s endorsement on their website, and TPOF then generated a 100,000 email blitz, as well as text messaging and voice mail alerts to their TEA Party supporters touting their endorsement of Scott, according to TEA consultant: Doug Guetzloe. But, you wouldn’t know it from Scott’s website today. Following calls by the Florida Tea Party, LLC for Scott to refuse the “fake” Tea Party’s endorsement, the page disappeared into the peripheral nowhere. Almost. You can see it here.

Concerning the “mix-up,” Guetzloe stated here, “If (the Scott campaign) put up the endorsement and took it down, that would be pretty stupid sincethey would be letting McCollum and his operatives control his actions. We made our point. Our folks are looking at websites and we sent out 100,000 e-mails supporting Scott.”

Partners Doug Guetzloe and Fred O’Neal, (who just happens to be Guetzloe’s personal attorney), formed the so-called “fake” political Tea Party, and are said to have no record of relationship or association with any of the over 85 tea party groups in Florida, according to the other Tea Party group. So, why would they create their own political Tea Party, then endorse Rick Scott, a Republican? Strange bedroll fellows, indeed. Here’s what some believe.

Considered by GOP strategists a weaker candidate than his more moderate rival, Attorney General, R-Bill McCollum, neophyte Rick Scott’s background includes a business ethics breach so big his Democrat opponent’s bayonet will meet little resistance delivering general election fatal blows. Scott’s 1997 resignation from Columbia/HCA, the massive health care company he ran for a decade amid an FBI inquiry that ultimately led to the company paying a record $1.7 billion in criminal and civil fines, is certain to result in a skirmish or two with Democrat opponent, Alex Sink. “Scott left with Columbia stock valued at $200 million, $5 million in severance and a $1-million-a-year consulting fee for five years, according to a Columbia whistleblower in a 1998 interview published in Multinational Monitor.” With over 3 Million Floridians on the program, Scott’s Medicare fraud scandal alone may provide his Democrat opponent with an opportunity for a total rout. But, Scott’s conservative brand will also certainly require strong general election entrenchments to survive the inevitable Democrat juggernaut.

And, the Democrats will not have to wage their battle within strict internal party lines, as self-described Republicans and other “patriot” Floridians are taking to the internet to voice their displeasure with Scott’s nomination and their intent to withhold their vote from him.

Scott’s defeat of McCollum by virtually appearing out of nowhere and employing some $50 million dollars of his personal fortune to mount a media surprise attack that portrayed McCollum as an establishment sell-out, sounded suspiciously like something from the Ron Paul crowd, whose charge against “NeoCons” is now the euphemized, GOP “establishment.” And, Ron Paul and his supporters seem to be at the middle of almost every GOP undermining effort. Research into whether Florida’s Ron Paul’s supporters and TPOF backed Scott in significant numbers turns up significantly less evidence than California’s Tea Party and “Liberty” support for their preferred, third party, Gubernatorial candidate, as hyperlinked above.

But Florida’s GOP efforts to marginalize them, forces them into the shadows and their not-so-secret meeting sites, making them a somewhat greater challenge for others to identify. And, why would the Florida or any state GOP not welcome these so-called “patriot” Ron Paul Libertarians who seek influence inside the Republican Party? Check out the comments sections of my prior hyperlinked articles exposing Ron Paul, Alex Jones and their supporters’ promulgation of and pandering to 9/11 Truth, New World Order, flouride eugenics and a host of delusional conspiracy theories to learn more about who these people are and what they truly believe. Their virulent and vituperative anti-Bush, anti-government, anti-establishment, anti -Israel positions have no place in the Republican Party. Period.

While Paul’s Campaign for Liberty and associated Libertarian-inspired Republican Liberty Caucus (RLC) sites carry no endorsement of Scott, as far as research can tell, RLC’s connections to TPOF organizer and Rick Scott TEA consultant, Doug Guetzloe, are clear. Guetzloe, who is associated with the Republican Liberty Caucus of Central Florida through his Restore The Republican Party of Florida Facebook page , his Facebook associations to former Republican Liberty Caucus State Chairman, WIll Pitts, who was also removed from the state GOP, and his own self-description, suggests Florida Ron Paul Libertarians, like Doug Guetzloe, are alive and well, continuing to infiltrate the Republican and Tea Parties despite the state’s ever-vigilant efforts to weed them out, and helping the weaker general election Gubernatorial candidate win the primary nomination. No doubt, extremely proud of themselves, too. they always are.

In addition, the Daily Paul promotes Doug Guetzloe’s Facebook page, urging Ron Paul supporters to “Stop the Purge of the Liberty Movement withing the FL GOP,” and “Spread this message far and wide. We need all rank and file Republicans to understand what is happening to their Party in Florida.” Which is quite amusing and illustrative of one of the many GOP’s “civil war” challenges; dealing with the delusional within its ranks who desire an Obama-esque, Libertarian-inspired “transformation” of the Republican Party. As self-described conservatives, they can’t exactly join the Democrat Party, so the GOP has become their fortress. In the words of the Republican Liberty Caucus site here: “Congressman Ron Paul, an early Honorary Chair of the RLC, was the LP [Libertarian Party] presidential candidate in 1988. Another past Treasurer, Mike Holmes, was a founding member of the LP. Another Honorary Chair, the late Roger MacBride, cast the only electoral vote the LP ever received and was the LP candidate for President. *Everyone in the RLC [Republican Liberty Caucus] joined for their own reasons, but it can be presumed that all RLC members agree that in most political races, the Republican Party provides the best opportunity for libertarian-leaning candidates to attain electoral success.”

Although Florida’s Ron Paul Republicans (code for Libertarians who can’t get elected without hitching their wagons to the Republican Party) have managed to accrue and maintain a formidable level of political influence by selling themselves as strictly “patriot” Republicans, Florida’s Republican Liberty Caucus (code for Ron Paul supporters and Libertarians) and its connection to the political Florida Tea Party and Rick Scott campaign via Doug Guetzloe, marks another example by this faction of a pattern of GOP disruption Democrats will naturally exploit.

As stated in their own words, Libertarians are infiltrating the Republican Party because they cannot otherwise win elections. But, make no mistake, Libertarian and Republican Liberty Caucus platforms are not the GOP platform. Mr. Geutzloe, as a good Ron Paul acolyte, it seems, is out to “transform” the Florida GOP, as the Facebook page he administrates outlines here. And, their pick was Scott.

Now, with Rick Scott’s nomination, Democrats possess renewed “hope” the GOP’s civil war has led the charge toward Florida “change” they can believe in. Congratulations to the Democrat Party, Ron Paul Republicans/Libertarians and the “fake” Tea Party of Florida on your combined and considerable efforts to ensure the nomination of the weaker candidate and what may be an ensuing Alex Sink victory. California’s Ron Paul Republicans, aka, Libertarian’s preferred counterpart has no such chance; a good thing.

And, while Florida’s GOP battle for the Gubernatorial bid may be over, the “war” marches on.

A 3rd party was formed by Fred O’Neal, Doug Guetzloe and Nick Egoroff called TEA PARTY who are fielding spoiler candidates.

They are listing an address for their headquarters at an address that was rented for only ONE evening (the backyard and BBQ on July 4, 2010) and they were only allowed enter the building to use the facilities.. and they stuck the management company with a huge power bill among other shocking things because they entered the building, changed locks removed office equipment leaving out in the rain which eventually was damaged.

The TEA PARTY “endorsed” Rick Scott under then name FLORIDA TEA PARTY recently after which time, the Rick Scott campaign posted a prominent blog post indicating such. After pressure from the Florida Tea Party, the blog press release was removed.

There are several websites and blogs run by the 3rd party that are being used to confuse the media and everyone else, effectively neutralizing the effect of the movement:

By Russ Cyphers

[russcyphers@hotmail.com]

I have known Dan Webster for about 14 years, now. I worked as a Committee Staff Director in the House when he became the FIRST Republican Speaker in 122 years.

Few members have EVER worked more closely with Webster than my old boss (at that time, the Chair of Gov Ops), Bill Posey.

Dan, and a little group called by others (at first) as The God Squad, revolutionized the House, and influenced the Senate more than almost any group in Florida history.

Webster brought the Five (Conservative) Principles to EVERY BILL that was introduced in the House. They had to be proactively addressed in EVERY Staff/Bill Analysis.

Webster is probably the most admired and respected member of the Florida Legislature in the past 150 years, particularly as a man with UNimpeachable, UNshakable, and UNassailable Constitutional Conservative principles.

Reading the drivel written by him* is intellectually offensive at the VERY LEAST! Parroting guys like Rick Scott, who NO established, respected or knowledgeable Conservative will endorse (a fact he actually has convinced the ignorant and non-researchers is some kind of superlative), makes a mockery of the intent of the TEA Movement.

We wanted a movement that would lead to the election of the BEST, most TRUSTED Constitutional Conservatives to all levels of government. We wanted people who we didn’t have to WORRY about being turned around, and wooed by personal gain to make policy for our grand children.

Instead, the Movement is collapsing around pride, platitudes (“career politicians”) and political ignorance. Yes, there have been excellent efforts at honest education (the Ocala-based Tea Party Solutions being one), and there are MANY individuals who have actually followed up with the education on political research, to learn the pasts of the people behind the campaign trail bologna (that almost all campaigners use at least a little of… They know most Americans are myopic and have short attention spans). There ARE good candidates who haven’t held office before, and there are GREAT ones who have. I always believed that when the dust settled, what voters would want most is NOT just people who ALWAYS agree with them on ALL issues (that never has, nor ever will happen), but HONORABLE, HONEST, CAPABLE people with PRINCIPLES that most align with those voters, who have proven that they will not abandon those CORE PRINCIPLES. Dan Webster, and Bill MCCollum CANNOT be bested in this criteria! They just CAN’T. I know of NO candidates who have been more steady proponents of the “First Principles” (the ones the Founders used)!

*Sorry for garbling. If you are confused about who “him” is, it was the guy who continually repeats, or suggests that Dan Webster and Bill McCollum are RINOS because they have actually held public office. Sure, Dan started in the House by leaving a lucrative business for his wife to run, so that he could scoop up the $20,000 to $25,000 pay as a legislator. All he had to do was support two places, leave his bride and kids behind for weeks, then months at a time each year. I feel a sense of exasperation that is difficult to describe when I hear or read people prattle on about things they positively know NOTHING about, except what the read or hear from a hermetically sealed group. If it was about Scott, then I reiterate…Every claim people parrot about his virtues, they heard from him on his $40 million dollar ad campaign. NO ONE who has actually researched this guy, and understands reading between the lines will endorse him. For example – Scott brags about an A from the NRA. That score is based on ZERO actual performance, and 100% on the questionnaire he responded to that was sent to him by the NRA. McCollum, who he claims is “more Liberal than you think”, got a B+, but it is based on THIRTY YEARS of actual proven support of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution. Dan Webster is the PROTOTYPE of Constitutional Conservatives. Of course, true Constitutional Conservatives view “we the people” the way the Founders did, NOT the way Libertarians, and their fraternal twins, the Anarchists do. Dan has actually SACRIFICED a lot to do something about the fire in his belly. Most just fire off angry emails when an elected official does something they don’t completely approve of. I contend that the majority of us who support the TEA Movement want elected officials who share our world view, are so HONORABLE that they don’t get “pragmatic” when it comes to their own parochial interests, and will (or BETTER YET have been PROVEN to) maintain their Constitutional principles year after year.

Rick Scott publishes support for the 3rd party TEA PARTY, not supported by the Tea Party Movement

Rick Scott has partaken of the Forbidden Tea http://www.rickscottforflorida.com/home/blog/2010/08/23/florida-tea-party-endorses-my-campaign/

Florida Tea Party Endorses ..

(West Palm Beach, FL)

Immediate Release – Florida Tea Party, LLC Calls Rick Scott to Refuse Endorsement of the Fake Political TEA Party. The Florida Tea Party movement is calling Rick Scott to Refuse the Endorsement of the Fake Political TEA Party because it does not represent them. The press release that the fake political TEA Party along with the notorious political consultant has endorsed Rick Scott for governor has caused tea party activists to question Scott’s agenda.

The Fake Political TEA party is rumored to be funded by the liberal left with ties to Congressman Alan Grayson. Several candidates live substantially outside the district they are running in and have never been affiliated with a tea party.

Florida Tea Party, LLC, a tea party activist website with over 35 groups has not endorsed any candidates but encourages members to attend local tea party meetings, candidate forums, and do research on candidates. Individual groups, leaders, and members are free to endorse candidates, but the movement as a whole has not endorsed.

“We are returning the money this group paid for sponsoring the conference and rejecting its participation,” said Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND. “This event and the tea party movement are not about making money. They are about changing the direction of our country. It’s clear to me that the Florida Tea Party movement has an agenda all its own.”

Unlike the estimated 90 grass-roots tea party groups in the state, the Florida Tea Party is fielding candidates under its banner. The grass-roots activists fear Florida Tea Party candidates will give Democratic Party candidates such as Rep. Alan Grayson an advantage by siphoning conservative votes from Republican opponents.

According to published reports today, including in the Orlando Sentinel, the Florida Republican Party has launched several legal challenges to the Florida Tea Party, which registered itself with state election officials and is fielding some 20 candidates in state and federal elections, including three key House races. The lawsuits allege election law violations.

The Sentinel report said activists in the state’s tea party movement have alleged the Florida Tea Party is confusing voters by co-opting the tea party name and running candidates under its name.

“The [party] appears to be an organized effort to confuse and mislead conservative voters and is not a part of the real tea party movement,” Don Hensarling, a state tea party activist who filed the lawsuits announced in a news release obtained by the paper.

The Orlando paper also cited an investigation by WKMG-TV in Orlando alleging financial links between Grayson and a co-founder of the Florida Tea Party, longtime political consultant and anti-tax activist Doug Guetzloe.

Goetzloe insisted to WND the only connection is Grayson’s purchase of advertising on his radio show, “The Guetzloe Report.” Guetzloe points to his “tea party bona fides” dating back to 1997. He’s founder of the anti-tax group Ax the Tax, which, he says, has saved Florida taxpayers some $11 billion. He has served as co-chair of the Central Florida Tea Party, he argues, and attended multiple tea party events. He has promoted all tea party events on his radio show, he notes.

A leader in the state tea party movement, Tom Tillison of the Tea Party Patriots Live radio show and the Orlando Tea Party, told WND he and other tea party leaders in the state with whom he regularly communicates think the Florida Tea Party was set up to split the conservative vote and keep Democrats like Grayson in office.

In its legal action, the Florida GOP claims there are problems with the election paperwork of four of the Florida Tea Party members: Peg Dunmire, who is challenging Grayson; Dunmire’s son, Darrin, in state House District 40; Dunmire’s housemate, Juanita Virone, in state House District 35; and Jonathan Foley, in state House District 41.

Peg Dunmire has explained, the Sentinel said, she paid for other candidates’ filing fees. But the complaints allege the transactions are considered campaign contributions, which is forbidden before campaigns open their own accounts.

The cases seek to allow Hensarling and others to take testimony from the candidates and examine their bank records to look for proof of an election law violation, the newspaper said.

Grayson, in a statement to the paper, compared the Republican Party of Florida to “a dying iguana with an arrow through its skull. It was thrashing around in a way very much like the Republican Party of Florida does today.”

Politico has reported allegations of links between tea party factions and Democrats in several other states. FoxNews.com has published a similar report, citing cases in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Nevada as well as Florida.

Farah said the scheduled conference in Miami will focus on the real issues.

“We hope real tea party groups all across Florida and the U.S. join us in Miami next month to celebrate the political rebirth of this country and help us strategize about the future,” he said.
