Tea Party Information

As everyone knows, there is a feud between Doug Guetzloe, political consultant and former radio talkshow host and leaders of the Tea Party Movement.  Doug Gutezloe believes he should be in charge and is competing against what he perceives are threats to his income as a political consultant.

A flurry of emails have been sent to the local ron-paul group by Doug Gutezloe disparaging Jason Hoyt (his latest target) and Tom McClellen, also a political consultant, who shares the sentiments of the movement,  feels a need to defend us, asked me to share this with the Tea Party community:

To those of you that do not know me I am one of the lead Plaintiffs in the Federal lawsuit against the political TEA Party, Doug Guetzloe and Nick Egoroff (who are both pretending they are just “consultants” to the political Tea Party) and Fred O’Neal, the self proclaimed chairman.

I find it oddly amusing that a person of such low integrity is worried about his integrity.  I also find it odd that after the hundreds of lies and changing stories you have told that you are offended when someone does it to you.  Remember I have it all documented.

You are always sure you are going to win you foolish lawsuits. Filing a suit does not guarantee a win.  You must be able to prove your case and with your reputation it is tough to take you seriously. I am very doubtful you will win the suit against Channel 6 and Tony Pipitone.

However, the fun and interesting part is it looks like you will be spending that 60 days in jail after all for your mailing that was supposedly thrown out as being unconstitutional.  Funny a guy with 30 years in politics doesn’t know how to legally send out a campaign mailing.  Unless of course it was intentional. Rumor has it you are in for much more legal actions from many sources.  What is the old saying, what goes around, comes around?  It looks like your past is catching up to you.

Jason Hoyt or anyone, for that matter, does not have to provide you with their financials.  I would think that a self proclaimed expert with 30 years of experience that you would know that just because you use one of your usual tricks to fool the public that you are entitled to see someone financials that you are actually entitled to see them.  Where are your financials?  Now that is something you should be worried about.

As for some of the Plaintiffs dropping out of the Federal Lawsuit again you have put your spin on it.  There will be many others dropping out at the Judges request because whether we have 2 or 100 Plaintiffs the issues stay the same.  It is just a matter of convenience.  You are still on the hook and since you have failed to tell the truth about anything regarding the Federal Lawsuit, I will fill you in.  The Judge has ruled in our favor EVERY time.  All your Pleading and Motions to dismiss have been denied.

It is unfortunate that you think (which I do not believe) you are doing the State of Florida Citizens a favor by putting in no name unqualified Candidates that are making a mockery of the election system for your own personal game.  Taking advantage of the hard working Grassroots Tea Party Movement for your gain is just selfish and pitiful.  On top of that you are associated with Alan Grayson, accepted money from him and yet people are supposed to believe that you are sincere in your conservative views.   Get a grip.  Are still that mad at the Republican Party for throwing you out?

It sounds as if you are threatening Becki indirectly with a lawsuit.  This is one of your favorite tricks, but people are on to you and are not falling for that anymore.  That must be very frustrating for you that you have lost your ability to bully people around.

Let me make it clear to you; your sham group is NOT part of the Grassroots Party Movement.   You may have fooled a few people (including yourself) but the grassroots people can see right through you.

By the way, I have blind copied my lawyer since this is what the Judge needs to know.  It proves you are running the political Tea Party, and the Grassroots Tea Party wants nothing to do with you, and you have a serious problem telling the truth.
