Pay to have taxpayer paid city crews bring sandbags and place them around her house at the height of a tropical storm.
In 2008, at the height of tropical storm Fay’s impact on Jacksonville, Corrine Brown, who lives along the Trout river, called the City of Jacksonville’s Public Works Department and “requested” city workers immediately come to her house and bring sandbags. Her neighbors were not quite as fortunate to be able to obtain such assistance. Once TV crews arrived, Corrine Brown became combative and indignant when asked it she was “abusing her power”…her typical reaction. Corrine Brown has arrogantly and repeatedly foisted burdens on the taxpayers over her 18 years in Congress. It’s time for Corrine Brown to fill her own sandbags….and not insist our taxpayer’s dollars and workers do it! Time to Elect Dean Black!.
